How to use it
Set aside 30–45 minutes at the same time each week. Start with evidence, write down the decision that matters, assign one owner, and set the date when you will review the result.
Weekly founder review
- Outcome: What must be true by the end of this week?
- Evidence: Which three numbers or customer signals describe reality?
- Priorities: What are the three highest-leverage actions?
- Decision: What choice is blocked, and what information would unblock it?
- Risks: What could make the plan fail? Name the early warning signal.
- Owners: Who owns each action, and what does done mean?
- Review date: When will you inspect the result and change course?
