Ardelia
The person behind Ardelia

Dr. Matthew Lynch, founder of Ardelia

Ardelia is an AI company workspace for founders. Its founder is Dr. Matthew Lynch: a writer, activist, and educator whose work has moved between classrooms, universities, and company-building.

From the classroom to the company

Dr. Lynch is publicly described as CEO of Cosmiq and Ardelia, and as a writer and activist.

He served as Dean of the School of Education, Psychology, & Interdisciplinary Studies at Virginia Union University. Earlier, he chaired Elementary/Special Education at Langston University and served as an Associate Professor of Education there.

Before higher education, he spent seven years as a K–12 teacher. He also served at Widener University as an Assistant Professor of Education and Director of Secondary and Social Studies Programs.

Education and credentials

Selected work

Public biography records list work including Closing the Racial Academic Achievement Gap, The Call to Teach, Reimagining School Reform and Innovation, and Understanding Key Education Issues.

Current projects extend the same access-first work into AI tutoring and evidence-led education decisions.

Ardelia is built for founders who want a company that can carry context, make progress, and leave the important judgment with people.
