Embargo: Photoshop + Premiere Elements News (9/16)
Adobe is preparing updates to its consumer-focused Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements software, with the company signaling new creative workflows for photo and video editing.
The updates are scheduled to be announced at 6 a.m. Pacific time on Sept. 16, according to an embargoed outreach email from Angie Cox-Parra, an assistant account executive at communications firm WE Communications.
Adobe did not provide product specifications, pricing, availability or details of the planned workflow changes in the initial notice. Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements are simplified versions of Adobe’s professional image- and video-editing applications, aimed at consumers and hobbyist creators.
